So, if you're curious to know if you're wearing the correct bra size, we've created a couple of tips to help you determine whether or not it's time to invest in a new bra!

1. Check the fit: The band should fit snugly around your ribcage without riding up or digging in. You should be able to fit two fingers between the band and your skin. The cups should fit smoothly without any gaps or spillage. The straps should also be adjusted so they are snug but not digging into your shoulders.

2. Check for signs of a poor fit: If your bra is not fitting correctly, there are a few signs you can look for. If your band is riding up your back, your bra is too loose. If the cups are wrinkled or gaping, the cups are too big. If your breasts are spilling out of the cups, the cups are too small. If the straps are digging into your shoulders, they are too tight.

3. Consider different styles: Some bra styles fit differently than others. so it’s important to try on a variety of styles to find the one that works best for you.
