HOW IT WORKS
1. GET FITTED, GAIN ACCESS: Fill out an E-Fitting or book a Virtual Fitting to get personalised size recommendations from our team of experts, as well as access to the Try Before You Buy portal.
2. SHOP: Add items to your cart and checkout without paying for them.
A temporary freeze will be placed on the entire order amount until you complete your order, but don't worry, no money will leave your account until you make your selections!
3. TRY: Your trial starts when your order is delivered.
4. PAY: Securely pay for what you keep & simply return the rest!

STEP-BY-STEP
One of our fitters will give you access to the Try Before You Buy service after you've received your size recommendations.
The link will give you access to the version of our site with trial order options.
Enter your card details during checkout as normal, but don't worry, you won't be charged yet. A temporary freeze will be placed on the entire order amount, but no money will actually leave your account until you complete your order.
Once your order arrives, you will have 4 days to try on the items.
We'll send you a link via email and SMS to access your Customer Portal and complete the order.
Simply select your order and follow the steps to finalise your purchase.
You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep, and a $4.95 flat shipping fee. If you decide to return all of your items, you'll also be charged a $10 restocking fee.
RETURNS
If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label. We will provide this by email when we receive your return request.
Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing the order.
Please note, if you return all items from the order, a $10 Try Service fee will be applied.

FAQs
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There are two fees involved in this process:
- $4.95 flat shipping fee on all orders.
- $10 restocking fee, only if you decide to return all of your items.
Returns on trial orders are FREE.
Please note, a freeze will be placed on your entire order amount when you place your order. This is not a charge and no money has actually left your account, but frozen funds will not be accessible until you complete your order.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN EVERYTHING IN MY ORDER?
We're sorry if you didn't find the right thing in your trial order!
You can definitely send everything back within the four day return window, you'll just be charged a $10 service fee.
Why is there a charge for my entire order in my account?
We know this looks freaky, but don't worry, you haven't actually been charged the entire amount!
We place a temporary freeze on your order amount to secure your items, but no money has left your account yet. You will only be charged after you complete your order and make your selections.
CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON A TRIAL ORDER?
If you have a discount code you'd like to use on any items you decide to keep, you absolutely can use it!
You'll just have to insert the discount code at checkout when you first place your trial order.
That way, the discount will apply to any items you decide to keep!

IS EVERYTHING ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE TO TRY?
Almost! The only styles that aren't eligible for trial orders are lingerie briefs (for hygiene reasons).
You can, however, buy lingerie briefs with your trial order. Simply add them to your cart as usual, and pay for them at checkout. We'll just send them along with your trial items.
All lingerie briefs are final sale. Make sure you confirm your size with us before ordering.
IT'S BEEN OVER FOUR DAYS SINCE MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, CAN I STILL SEND THINGS BACK?
Once your return window ends, you will be charged for everything still in your possession.
We are not able to be flexible with this time frame, so make sure to try on your items as soon as possible and get any returns in the mail quickly!
