SHOP: Add items to your cart and checkout without paying for them
TRY: Your trial starts when your order is delivered
PAY: Securely pay for what you keep & simply return the rest
HOW TO DO IT
Use the "Try Before You Buy" button on this page before adding items to your cart.
The link will give you access to the version of our site with trial order options.
We recommend submitting a free E-Fitting here to get personalised size recommendations from our experts and maximise your chances of ordering the right size on the first try!
Enter your card details during checkout as normal, but don't worry, you won't be charged yet. We'll use this card when you decide to complete your order.
Once your order arrives, you will have 4 days to try on the items.
We'll send you a link via email and SMS to access your Customer Portal and complete the order.
Simply select your order and follow the steps to finalise your purchase.
You'll only be charged for the items you decide to keep.
RETURNS
If you need to return anything, we'll send you a prepaid return label. We will provide this by email when we receive your return request.
Returns must be posted within 3 days of completing the order.
Please note, if you return all items from the order, a $10 Try Service fee will be applied.

WHICH SIZES SHOULD I TRY?
Whether you have no idea what your bra size is, or you're confident you're getting a good fit with another brand and want to confirm your size with us, submit a free E-Fitting here to get personalised size recommendations from our team of experts.
Make sure to mention in the Other section that you'd like multiple size recommendations for a trial order.
IS EVERYTHING ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE TO TRY?
Almost! The only styles that aren't eligible for trial orders are lingerie briefs (for hygiene reasons).
You can, however, buy lingerie briefs with your trial order. Simply add them to your cart as usual, and pay for them at checkout. We'll just send them along with your trial items.
All lingerie briefs are final sale. Make sure you confirm your size with us before ordering.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There are two fees involved in this process:
- $4.95 flat shipping fee on all orders.
- $10 Try Service Fee, only if you decide to return all of your items.
Returns on trial orders are FREE.
IT'S BEEN OVER FOUR DAYS SINCE MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, CAN I STILL SEND THINGS BACK?
Once your return window ends, you will be charged for everything still in your possession.
We are not able to be flexible with this time frame, so make sure to try on your items as soon as possible and get any returns in the mail quickly!
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN EVERYTHING IN MY ORDER?
We're sorry if you didn't find the right thing in your trial order!
You can definitely send everything back within the four day return window, you'll just be charged a $10 service fee.
