Our recommendation is to order your usual size and know that the first couple of wears it might feel too firm, however, once it's been worn and washed a couple of times, it will be perfect for you. The reason our bands feel firmer is because we use 2-3 layers of mesh so they don't stretch out too quickly - unlike other fuller bust brands who provide only one layer of mesh for support.
Do you have really soft breast tissue? Some women (not all) size up one cup size (i.e. 10G - 10GG) to prevent cutting in across the bust. Check with our team if you have this concern.
