Here's your pre-sale to-do list:
1. Double-check your size if you're not 100% sure. We'll do our best to exchange your items if needed, but stock will be very limited.
2. Load up your cart before the sale starts. Items in your cart are not reserved for you, but it's good to be ready to check out as soon as the sale starts!
3. Check your email at 7am on Friday for the password to access the site, check out, and enjoy your thrifty goodies!

WILL EVERYTHING BE ON SALE?
Nope, our Warehouse Sale is the time of year when we discount older styles and items with minor imperfections, to make more room in our little warehouse for future styles!
Most 2025 styles will not be on sale.
However, all swimwear will be discounted! 👀
CAN I RETURN SOMETHING I BUY ON SALE?
Yes, you can return a sale item for store credit! Or we can help you exchange it for something else, depending on what stock we have available.
Please remember we do not offer refunds on sale items. If you're uncomfortable with these terms, please refrain from purchasing during the Warehouse Sale.
WHAT IF I BUY SOMETHING ON SALE AND IT DOESN'T FIT?
We're happy to help you out with an exchange for another size if one is available! We want you in a good fit.
If no suitable sizes are available, you can always return sale items for store credit, which is good for a year from issue.
WILL THE SALE BE IN STORE TOO?
Brisbane:
Our Brisbane store no longer carries most of the styles that will be discounted. You can still come in and find your size, and our lovely staff can help you place an online order.
Byron Bay:
Our Byron showroom is actually attached to our warehouse - everything that is in stock online will be available to buy in store as well.
I need a sale item by a certain day, will it arrive in time?
It's not uncommon for us to experience shipping delays during high volume periods.
Our warehouse girls are extremely quick at picking and packing, but we are anticipating minor delays if we receive a large amount of orders all at once!
We advise against purchasing during a sale if you're in a massive rush, as our ability to guarantee delivery dates isn't as accurate as usual during sale periods.
